Introducing the key team members of the LJM Projects from left to right - Lachy (Fully Qualified & Insured QBCC Carpenter), Sonny our tiny Apprentice & the brains of the operation Simone. We have been living in FNQ for 5 years now, we fell in love with paradise & decided it is the perfect place to raise our growing family.

I have been building for 10 years now, both commercially & residentially. Specialising in renovations, repairs & maintenance - let us help bring your vision into a reality. I have a passion for timber, when I’m not working I am creating timber furniture as well as working on our newest renovation project in Rocky Point.

Sonny can’t quite pick up a hammer yet…we are working on it! But Simone has a flare for interior design which is tried & tested after planning & assisting in designing numerous home renovations so if you need to have a chat to her about your ideas she is always happy to help.

At LJM Projects we genuinely enjoy what we do for a living, handing over a new renovation, brainstorming structural design ideas, reviving spaces & the general transformation of homes is incredibly rewarding. There is no place quite like FNQ, the people, its an idyllic location & the not to mention the fishing…there is no where we would rather be.
